“Are there any other hidden costs?”
No. We pass on our supplier discounts directly to our clients. Clients also pay all kitchen accounts and trades people directly so they can see that no margin has been added onto their quotes either. We are proud of how transparent we are about our costs so that there are no stressful surprises for our clients at the end. We know that completing a renovation is disruptive enough without having the unknown costs worrying our clients too.
“How do you ensure we stay on budget?”
By careful planning and specific selecting of finishing materials. After our initial consultation with our clients we are informed of their desired outcome and their total budget. This information we then use when coming up with design ideas and selecting materials to use for their renovation. For example, if it is a low budget bathroom we would plan to only tile the floor and not any of the walls as tiling is a big expense that could be cut straight away while still having a lovely outcome.
“Would you help us with other areas other than kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms?”
We can do in some circumstances. We like to have our key areas of expertise but depending on the scenario we could be open to this. Usually the depending factors are; whether you have worked with us before and the other projects we are also currently working on.
